34th Annual Cedarhurst Craft Fair

Look for 130 craftsmen to be showcased at this year’s Cedarhurst Craft Fair featuring glass, ceramics, jewelry, fiber, wood, basketry and leather, two-dimensional art and much more. An exciting area just for Children will be located behind the Mitchell House and include lots of games and make and take crafts for children to enjoy as well as their very own place to shop, the “Children’s Store”.

The Shrode Art Center will be spotlighting several talented artists from the area, demonstrating painting, fiber arts, spinning, clay, woodworking and more.

Have a seat in the Grand Tent and enjoy entertainment by national and regional bands (see list below) and tasty treats in the Cedarhurst Beer Garden!Local civic groups will be serving up delicious items at a variety of food booths throughout the weekend.There's plenty of seating in the Grand Tent plus the Beer Garden!

Parking / Bus Service

Space does not allow for public parking on the grounds at Cedarhurst however convenient Shuttle Bus service is available from Times Square Mall located on Broadway in Mt. Vernon. Buses run about every 10-15 minutes with a convenient drop off and pickup location at Cedarhurst. Round trip bus fare is $3/adults, free/children 10 and under.

Children’s Area

Located directly behind the Mitchell House you will find lots of games and make-and-take crafts for children to enjoy, entertainment specifically for the Children’s Area such as a puppet show and their very own place to shop, “The Children’s Store”.

Food

Area civic organizations will serve up tasty treats and beverages from their food booths throughout the weekend such as BBQ sandwiches, homemade ice cream and brats, funnel cakes, nachos and more.

Enjoy a cold beer and wine in the shaded Beer Garden!

2010 Eligibility

Only artists or craftspeople selling their own works will be eligible to participate. No dealers, agents or representatives will be permitted. All work must be original and creative.
